  • Greek Flag Raising Ceremony

    The Greek Independence Day weekend opening ceremony started outside the City Hall (North Apron) in Philadelphia with the Greek Flag Raising Ceremony. The Greek Presidential Evzones also participate in this historical celebration that honors and recognizes the Greek War of Independence.

  • Philadelphia Hellenic Federation Announces Greek Parade οn March 20

    The Federation of Hellenic Societies of Philadelphia and the Greater Delaware Valley proudly announces its 2022 parade on the famed Ben Franklin Parkway on March 20, 2022. “The City of Philadelphia has given its blessing for the parade, our first in three years since the pandemic hit our communities,” stated Dimitrios Rozanitis, Federation President.

  • Federation December 2021 Meeting

    Please join us for our next meeting where we will also be holding a FOOD BANK DROP OFF during the evening. We ask every organization representative to attend and provide non-perishable, canned, and dry goods. The donated foods will be given to Philabundance and routed to local food banks in the region.
