Concerning this year’s Greek Independence Day Parade, the Federation’s President, Dimitrios Rozanitis, and the Parade Chair, Stefanos Evangelopoulos, proudly stated:
The Evzones will be coming this year to Philadelphia for the Greek Parade Weekend from the 18th to the 20th of March 2022!
The Presidential Guard of Greece will attend that weekend during the Greek Parade in Philadelphia. Plans are being made in earnest, so please stop by St. George Cathedral for the next meeting.
Also, reservations will be made at that time for the Dignitaries Banquet at Adelphia’s on the 19th. We, the Federation, have stopped at nothing as will have The Evzones, His Eminence Archbishop Elpidoforos of America, His Grace Bishop Apostolos of Medeia, AHEPA Supreme President Jimmy Kokotas, Daughters of Penelope Grand President Kathy Bizoukas, Grand Marshal Honorable Consul General of Panama in Philadelphia Georgia Athanasopoulos, and the Eleftheria Award presentation as well to George Horiates.
