    The Federation of Hellenic-American Societies of Philadelphia and the Greater Delaware Valley cordially invites all member societies and organizations to attend the traditional 2017 Vasilopita cutting. His Eminence Metropolitan Evangelos will bless the Vasilopita at Saint Thomas, Cherry Hill, NJ, on Sunday, February 12, 2017, right after the Divine Liturgy.

  • Past Federation President Nick G. Nicolas passes away

    Nick G. Nicolas, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 15, 2017, in Delray Beach Florida. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Dorothea Nicolas (Pavlos), his beloved sister, Elizabeth Manos and by his many nieces and nephews, all of whom adored him.

  • Hellenic Organizations Host Vasilopita Cutting

    Cinnaminson, NJ – Representative Organizations from the Greek American community hosted their annual Vasilopita cutting at the Merion Banquet Facility. The event was highlighted by a donation of two-thousand dollars for relief efforts at Ionian Village in Greece, whose campgrounds were devastated by a tornado in September of 2016.
